Hello

I am Prasenan Vakkiyl, a 60-year-old gentleman from Bangalore. I work for an Automation and Robotics company based out of Israel as a Country Head.

How was my diabetes diagnosed?

In the year 2020, I noticed had swollen left foot which was an unusual sign. I also experienced an unexplainable weight loss at that time. All this was very confusing, so I went to see my doctor. He advised some tests which revealed high sugars.

Difficulties I faced

It was early stages hence no major issues were faced by me though I was on medicines for cholesterol just a few months before joining FFD.

How did I get introduced to FFD?

Introduction to FFD happened through the internet when I had made up my mind that I need to look for diabetes reversal instead of being a slave to medication for life. My HTP began on 12th March 2022 and I became free from diabetes on 30th March 2022, which means I got the freedom on the very 18th day. The 4 FFD protocols gave me good results. My medicines for cholesterol too stopped in around 2 months which I feel is a bonus.
