I am Alka Prakash Jadhav, a retired teacher from Pune.

Why did I join FFD?

I wanted to become free from insulin and medicine.

Diabetes story

Long back, almost 28 years ago, I went to see my doctor for urinary complaints. Test results showed high sugar levels. Over time, I needed insulin and medicine both.

For a while between 2015 to 2019 my medicines had stopped after which I was restarted with medicines and insulin.

How did FFD happen?

I first heard about Dr. Pramod Tripathi in my Yoga class. My son researched it and I joined the FFD's reversal program in HTP batch 76.

Reversal story

I firmly believe in the 4 FFD protocols. One needs to work from all angles and the mental aspect is very important too. My sugars are coming down, my insulin dose is reduced, and my medicines have been reduced.

I have already tasted what freedom from insulin and medicines means and am hopeful that I will surely gain that status once again with FFD's help.

Health improvement has changed everything around me. I have become more positive and energetic. I have also recommended FFD to my society members and a few have joined it too.
