My diabetes story

Reversal story
Since I live in Bangalore, I thought of attending the unique residential program of FFD - TRP. It was a great 7-night 8 days stay there where I got to have a live experience of diabetes reversal. A big munch of my diabetes medicines was reduced at TRP.
My HTP program had begun on the 21st of April and the 14th of May was the day when I was told to completely stop my diabetes medicines. This was the happiest day for me as I was out of 13 years of medicines.
My HbA1c improved from 8.2 to 6.2 which is within normal limits.
My weight loss of 17 kg from 74 kg to 57 kg has been just superb. I feel much lighter and more active now.
