My diabetes story

The medical tests done during hospitalization after a small accident revealed very high sugars. One foot had to be amputated due to unavoidable circumstances.

My father and grandfather both suffer from diabetes. There is no history of diabetes on the maternal side. Along with diabetes, I also faced issues of decreasing eyesight and fluctuating creatinine levels.  

How did FFD happen?

My cousin who had joined FFD before me introduced me to it.

What made me choose FFD?

It has been great being associated with FFD. All my diabetes medicines stopped within one month of joining the program. My HbA1c came down from 9.5 to 7. My weight loss also has been remarkable, 7 kg. 

I have not reached my ideal BMI but will acquire it with the FFD team's guidance. My health has improved in all spheres after coming to FFD. I do yoga regularly and enjoy it.
