My Story
The year 2013 marked a significant turning point in my health journey when I learned that I was hypertensive. I began taking medications for high blood pressure, but I also realized that my lifestyle had led me to gain excess weight.
Despite the need for medication, I was determined to find a way to manage my hypertension and lose weight naturally, without relying solely on medication.
However, I struggled to find the right path to achieve these goals.
How was FFD Introduced?
Dr Sanjay, a past participant, gave me an FFD reference. His progress was very impressive.
What made me choose FFD?
As mentioned above I wished to lose weight, reverse hypertension, and regain health. FFD was offering hope so I enrolled in the annual program HTP.

My Reversal Story
Joining FFD has proven to be a wise decision, surpassing my expectations. Following the program's guidelines, I experienced remarkable results.
My weight dropped from 76 kg to 63 kg, showcasing the effectiveness of the FFD program. I was able to discontinue the hypertension medication I had been taking since 2013, bringing me immense happiness.
My current routine includes following a vegan diet and exercising in a 3:2:1 proportion.
I also completed 108 surya namaskars, and cycled 10 km on weekends. While I wouldn't label myself as athletically inclined, I do consider myself to be quite active.
One of the most transformative aspects of my FFD journey has been the inner transformation phase, especially Kavita Modi's sessions, which have had a profoundly positive impact on my mindset, making me a more optimistic person.
