My diabetes story 

There is a strong family history of diabetes in my case with both my parents suffering from it. I was aware of my pre-diabetic status for a long time actually but things got worse during the lockdown.  I realized my health was deteriorating and tests confirmed diabetes.

How did FFD happen?
