My Story
My diagnosis came as a surprise. After undergoing neck surgery, My sugar levels seemed normal. However, During a routine medical checkup required for a bank loan, My HbA1c levels were found to be borderline high, Indicating pre-diabetes. With a family history of diabetes—My mother and some of my cousin's brothers being diagnosed later in life—I realized the need to take proactive measures.
Thankfully, I did not suffer from any other issues.
How was FFD introduced and why did I choose to join it?
My introduction to Freedom from Diabetes came through digital media and word-of-mouth from friends who had benefited from the program. At that time, I was on Metformin but found the daily medication and dietary restrictions burdensome. After completing FFD’s introductory course, I became convinced of its scientific foundation and effectiveness.
What particularly resonated with me was that Dr. Pramod Tripathi, the founder of FFD, was my senior at B.J. Medical College. Having heard positive feedback from fellow medical professionals and seniors, I decided to plunge.

Reversal Story
The FFD team meticulously analyzed my case and crafted a personalized plan tailored to my needs. As I diligently followed it, I began witnessing remarkable results.
Within two weeks of joining FFD, I stopped my diabetes medication and saw a major health transformation. A trip to Singapore caused a setback, but on Dr. Tripathi’s advice, I rejoined FFD to regain control.
Before FFD, I struggled with lethargy, burning feet, And low energy despite exercising. The program reversed early liver and kidney issues. My latest tests are normal, Though my HbA1c remains at 7.3. I’ve reduced my weight from 85 kg to 75 kg and aim to improve while staying medicine-free.
FFD taught me that diet is as crucial as exercise. I avoid late-night meals and outside food. Cycling 100 km weekly, trekking, and brisk walking are now part of my routine. Though I paused gym workouts due to back spasms, I stayed active.
Committed to better health, I plan to explore meditation and FFD’s fasting program while working toward passing the Glucose Tolerance Test.
Thanks to Dr. Pramod Tripathi and his team for supporting and guiding me throughout.
