In 2017, a medical checkup revealed that I had developed diabetes, which came as quite a shock, even though my elder brother also had the condition. At the time, I was experiencing fatigue as well.
Earlier in 2010, I was diagnosed with high cholesterol and hypertension.
Additionally, I was struggling with excess weight, reaching 80 kg.
Overall, it became clear that I needed to take my health seriously and address these issues.
