My Diabetes Story
My first discovery of imbalance in the body happened in 2003 when I learned I had developed hypertension. Diabetes was diagnosed in August 2021.
Initially, it was borderline, But it began to escalate, Prompting my doctor to prescribe medication, Especially since I was planning to travel to the United States. I continued on the medication for two years, during which he discovered FFD and began following their diet and exercise plan.
However, due to frequent travels to the U.S., My routine would get disturbed, Though I made efforts to control my diabetes.

I noticed increased muscle mass, Greater body strength, And overall flexibility. A notable milestone was my practice of Surya Namaskar, which I had initially found difficult.
