My diabetes story


In 2012, during a routine employment medical screening, I received unexpected news – a diagnosis of diabetes. This revelation caught me off guard, despite having a family history of diabetes with my elder brother and my mother's sister.

Looking back, I recalled experiencing urinary tract infections and skin problems, oblivious to their connection with diabetes. Somewhere in my mind, I wanted a solution for this.

How was FFD introduced?


I discovered Freedom from Diabetes when I came across a video featuring Dr. B. M. Hedge, in which he expressed admiration for the significant contributions of Dr. Pramod Tripathi in the field of reversing diabetes.

What made me choose FFD?


The prospect of relying on medications never appealed to me. During a visit to England to see my daughter, I discovered that my HbA1c levels were somewhat out of control.

It was then that I made a conscious decision to confront the challenge of managing the disease proactively. FFD was offering hope.

The introductory webinar by Dr. Pramod Tripathi added to my confidence and I enrolled in Freedom from Diabetes type 2 diabetes reversal program - HTP immediately.

Joining Freedom from Diabetes (FFD) has proven to be the best decision of my life, and the unexpected fruits of this choice have been truly remarkable.

Within just one month, my reliance on diabetes medications, which had persisted since 2012, came to an end – a piece of news that brought immense joy.

Witnessing my HbA1c levels improve from 7.5 to 5.8 was a significant achievement. Equally astounding was my weight loss of 9 kg.

A noteworthy highlight was successfully clearing the Glucose Tolerance Test with flying colors. Engaging in a fitness routine that includes 48 surya namaskars, an 8 km walk/run, and gym sessions for muscle building, following the 3-2-1 protocol, has become an integral part of my lifestyle.

I aspire to perform 128 surya namaskars and run 10 km. I feel confident, organized, and wise now.
