My Diabetes Story


My diabetes journey began 16 years ago, in 2007, during the final trimester of my pregnancy when I was diagnosed with gestational diabetes.

While both my parents have borderline diabetes, my condition has progressed. In the last two years, I've developed complications including diabetic retinopathy and neuropathy.

These have led to symptoms such as a tingling feeling in my feet and challenges reading the fine print.

I tried numerous approaches, from different diets to various exercises, constantly losing and regaining weight over the years. I was desperately searching for a sustainable, guided program for weight loss.

After learning about FFD and attending Dr. Pramod's introductory talk, I made up my mind and joined on the spot.

Reversal Story


The FFD team conducted a thorough assessment of my case and developed a customized plan to address my specific needs.

Upon implementing their recommended regimen, I began to see positive outcomes.


My diabetes medication has been reduced significantly. I went from taking Metformin 850 and Glimepiride 2M twice a day to just Metformin 850 once daily.

My HbA1c improved from 9.4 before FFD to 5.8 now.

I've lost 15 kg, which has made me feel much lighter, healthier, and more energetic. It's great for fitting into smaller-sized clothes.

The inner transformation session was excellent. Although I missed the live session, I watched the recording. I prefer focusing on positives and solutions rather than dwelling on negatives.

I feel fantastic and am committed to continuing this journey. Currently, I'm doing yoga and gym workouts, and I hope to eventually take up marathon walking or running and explore cycling as I lose more weight and gain strength.
