The more deep-rooted the disease is, the more time it will take to heal or recover. It has been 25 long years since I have been suffering from diabetes. It is good that I came to know about FFD and here I am very much on the path of achieving reversal or better management
I am Mukesh Kumar, a 60-year-old Mechanical Engineer, who worked as Senior Vice President in an MNC and now working as a consultant. Talking about my personal history, my father was diabetic.
There has been personal and professional stress too. So, three strong points for me to be diabetic were already there and I got it pretty early too.
I got to know about my diabetes during a medical check-up done in 1996, 25-26 years ago. I was very young and it was a big jolt to me.
I have been lucky, I did not suffer from any grave consequences due to diabetes, and neither did I ever need to take insulin. But I suffered from a frozen shoulder and high cholesterol issues. I was taking medicine for dyslipidemia since 2000.
Nobody likes to be on daily medicines and if one gets to know there is some way, why would he/she refrain himself/herself.
I got introduced to FFD through one of Dr. B. M. Hegde's videos. Dr. Hegde is a well-known figure and respected all over the world. His admiration for Dr. Pramod Tripathi was very convincing which encouraged me to search for more information about FFD and how it works.
I joined the FFD Diabetes Reversal Program - HTP batch 75 after attending the online session of Dr. Tripathi. It gave us a complete overview on how to reverse diabetes.
During the course, I did have some doubts about diet and exercise which were cleared by the expert team of FFD. I suffered from neck pain once. On communicating it to the FFD exercise expert, was promptly suggested neck pain-relieving exercises which helped me a lot.
Had some doubts about low BP, and was appropriately guided by the team. The expertise and promptness of the FFD team are highly appreciable. My diabetes medicine has reduced dramatically. Interestingly, I am free of cholesterol tablets which I think is a bonus.
Medicine has reduced and knowledge to manage diabetes has improved. I am in better control and leading a good lifestyle... all due to FFD.
