Why did I join FFD?
I had seen how my sisters succumbed to diabetes complications. When I came to know Freedom from Diabetes knows the way, I immediately joined it.
Introduction
Hello friends
I am Mujahid Islam Farooqui, from Delhi. I am a structural Engineer (Civil), running my consultancy firm. I was and am happy with my life with no major stressors.
Medical history-wise, I do have a family history of diabetes with my 2 brothers and 2 sisters suffering from it. Sadly, I lost my 2 sisters due to diabetic complications.
How did I get to know about my diabetes?
My diabetes was diagnosed when I got my BSL checked in the year 2006 out of curiosity and my fasting BSL was 125. Since then I was on medicines. Doctors advised me to live with it and put all kinds of restrictions which were very difficult and demoralizing. I suffered from blood pressure and weakness due to diabetes and have been on anti-hypertensive since 2017.

Introduction to Freedom from Diabetes
I was taking the tablet of Tenegliptin 20/1000 mg once a day for the last 16 years and 7 months. Even though the dosage neither decreased nor increased I always wished that these medicines could be stopped.
This inner urge helped me to meet FFD. I came to know about FFD through a Facebook post which I think was the best thing that happened.
My FFD journey
When I came across the post about FFD I took it lightly. But then I decided to join a webinar by Dr. Tripathi. I decided to give it a chance and registered myself in the FFD diabetes reversal program - HTP on the same day. I was pleasantly surprised that in the first week itself I got rid of the medicine which I had been taking for the last 16 years and 7 months. I am happy to share that I am medicine free for the last 6 months.
I was already underweight and losing 8 kg was a cause of worry for me. But thanks to the guidance of an FFD diet expert, I have started gaining weight now.
I am confident that I will pass GTT too.
I recommend FFD because
I am feeling much better now and following the diet chart as prescribed by the FFD team. I do walking and a few stretching exercises due to limitations. If a person like me who has exercise limitations/restrictions due to severe spondylitis can maintain sugars in control without medicines, you too can do it.
Takeaway
- Freedom from medicine
- Freedom from fear of complications
