My Diabetes Story
I was diagnosed with diabetes 14 years ago after sudden weight loss and increased thirst. While my parents had no history, Both grandparents had diabetes. Post-diagnosis, my eyesight worsened, though no major symptoms appeared. I managed my condition with annual tests under Dr. Anil Shah at Hinduja Hospital.
I have also taking tablets for high cholesterol since 2013.
How was FFD introduced and why did I choose it?
My FFD journey began when my Uncle, A Doctor, Recommended the program and shared Dr. Pramod Tripathi’s contact. As my diabetes became harder to control and my medications kept increasing from 250 mg upwards,
I decided to join FFD to regain control.
I enrolled in the annual program HTP.

Reversal Story
The FFD team studied my case in detail and designed a tailor-made plan. As I began following the plan, I noticed big changes. Within 15 days, I reduced my medication and soon stopped it completely, Tapering as advised by my doctor. I experienced some hypersensitivity during this phase.
I stay active, working 2-3 days a week on my 1.5-acre farm in Khopoli and handling my children's banking needs. I follow FFD’s exercise routine, Including yoga, Sticking to the protocol 95% of the time, Except during travel or family events.
My HbA1c dropped from 10 to 6.4 without medication. I’ve also referred family and friends, Like my sister-in-law and a family friend, to FFD. My weight, stable at 67 kg for years, Dropped to 55 kg and now stays around 57 kg. I feel more energetic, Fit and Positive, And I'm happy to be free from medications.
