My Diabetes Story


A medical checkup in 2008 revealed I had developed diabetes. As there is no family history, the revelation was quite shocking to me.  

After suffering for 10 years my report suggested that I needed to go on a higher dose or on insulin to manage sugar levels. That time, I prayed to God to show me a way to get rid of this medication.

Additionally, I also faced issues with hypertension (2008).

How was FFD introduced?


My prayers were accepted, and on the same day, I saw Dr. Pramod Tripathi on his YouTube channel. I accepted him as my Devadoot.

What made me choose FFD?


I never liked being on medicines. FFD was offering hope so I enrolled in its type 2 diabetes reversal program HTP.

Reversal Story


The FFD team assigned to me took the time to thoroughly assess my case and create a personalized plan tailored specifically to my needs. I followed the instructions meticulously, making sure not to miss a single detail.

Remarkably, within the first week, my blood sugar levels were back to normal, and I was able to discontinue all oral medications!

During the first three months, my diet primarily consisted of green smoothies. My morning meals followed the 25% + 25% + 50% formula, while my dinner and supper were based on a 25% + 25% + 25% + 25% approach. Along with intermittent fasting and 15 to 20 minutes of exercise three times a day, I successfully lost 12 kg, achieving a healthy BMI of 23. A huge bonus was that I now have a brand-new wardrobe, and my old suits fit me again!

After three months, I took my fitness journey to the next level by joining a gym. Now, I do 30 minutes of cardio daily, along with leg presses, shoulder push-ups (30 reps), squats (30 reps), and resistance training for 60 minutes, targeting different muscle groups on alternate days. I follow the 3:2:1 FFD formula for Strength, Stamina, and Flexibility, which has helped me build both physical strength and endurance.

Today, I’m proud to report that my body weight is stable, my blood sugar and cholesterol levels are normal, and I continue to follow the FFD diet with a little flexibility, incorporating daily morning exercise.

As I complete my one-year program, I’m excited to join the Muktostav function in Bangalore on January 5th, 2025, where Dr. Pramod Tripathi, Dr. Malhar G, and Dr. Shubankar will be honoring the 100th batch participants.
