My Diabetes Story
In approximately 2013, I started experiencing increased fatigue. A routine medical checkup around that time revealed that I had diabetes.
Believing medication was my only recourse, I continued on that path.
In 2024, I received two more concerning diagnoses: high cholesterol and hypertension. Reflecting on my health, I can now see a correlation with diabetes on my maternal side as a significant trigger factor.
Negligence towards health also led me to be categorized as a heavyweight reaching 107 kg.

HbA1c improved from 11.9 - 8.5. The best development that has happened is my weight loss from 107 kg down to 94.2 kg.
